Euro-techniek was one of the highlights of the precision fair
Also this year, Euro-Techniek has been present at the precision fair. Also for the reporter of the “Eindhovens Dagblad” (dutch newspaper) Euro-techniek was one of the highlights, as illuminated by printing part of the interview he had with our production manager Herman Verhoeven.
ISO 9001:2000 certificate converted into ISO 9001:2008
On February 9, our ISO 9001:2000 certificate was converted into the new ISO 9001:2008 certificate.
Arburg injection molding machines and flow boxes validated according to ISO 14644, class 8.
On January 8, three of our Arburg injection molding machines and two flow boxes were validated by GfPS mbH to produce and process medical grade products according to ISO 14644, class 8. GFPS certificate
Lauffer 63T press
For prototyping and operations for small series, we expanded our machine park with a second hydraulic press, a 63 ton Lauffer.
Additional Arburg 220S250-60 with clean-air module and multilift robot and an Arburg 270S250-60 with Geiger Robot
To respond to the current growth in clean room molding products for the medical market, we invested in an additional Arburg 220S250-60 with clean-air module and multilift robot. We also bought an additional Arburg 270S250-60 with Geiger Robot, which can be positioned horizontally as well as vertically.
Additional 80 ton hydraulic press
We installed an additional 80 ton hydraulic press with a 350 mm stroke in our stamping department, which gives us additional possibilities when working with small series, prototypes and in start-up phases.
New warehouse
Our stamping department keeps growing, so we moved into a new warehouse from where all outbound goods will be shipped. We also invested in additional fork-lift trucks and racks. The space we freed up in the stamping department will be used to set up more presses and a separate tool warehouse.
AgieDrill, Agie start-hole drilling machine
We bought an Agie start-hole drilling machine, AgieDrill, to keep our erosion department young.
ISO 14644, class 8 to produce medical grade products obtained
On December 13, we obtained our certification to produce medical grade products. We allocated one of our Arburg injection molding machines to the task and had it validated by GfPS mbH according to ISO 14644, class 8.
