From our production site, we offer three core activities: plastic injection moulding, metal stamping and assembly (possibly in clean-room environments). Our tool shop, where we manufacture and maintain our own moulds and dies, makes us a unique partner.

Challenge
The punching of high-quality copper and nickel, equipped with special coatings for magnetic properties. In addition, this customer requested precision in dimensions, diversity in materials and optimal reproducibility.
Solution
Based on the requirements specification, we worked with this customer to redesign part of the product. We used our knowledge of die-cutting processes and material behaviour to further improve functionality and consistency.
